Well I just tried it on my work Mac(specs posted above). Sorry. But that thing about the underpowered video cards (hell, why not the CPUs while we're at it?) is my main gripe. I like playing games myself, but if i'm gonna shell out so much $.wait a minute.I just let loose on a long winded rant. People pay A LOT for Macs these days, all I want is a GOOD machine, I feel like i've been waiting forever, but these machiens are just overpriced and just too damn slow. There's probably a lot of driver work to sort out, but still, they should have their act together. That 16 MB Radeon is a pos (and it was in the PRO Powerbook for god's sake), and the 8 MB crap in the This justs seems like another case where Apple needs to put in BETTER hardware, Particularly video cards, cuz you can't play games on anything less than a PowerMac anymore. They better fix this problem, soon. Things are pretty messed up when it comes to gaming on a Mac.The all-in-one machines (iMac, eMac) and even the notebooks, don't have very strong GPUs. My friend with a PII/450 and Radeon 7000 couldhandle it pretty well. This is fucking ridiculous, it's REALLY slow, but it can kinda be barely played on my PII/266 with Geforce2 GTS.
